Clear 20 Cacti
Craft 10 Beautiful Baskets
Reward: 250 XP, 250 Coins, 2 Fully Grown Oak Trees

Clear the Path
Harvest 35 Coffee Trees
Clear 10 Varmints (any varmint)
Find 20 Wool Yarn (drop from Sheep)
Reward: 500 XP, 500 Coins, 5 Marigold crops

Remove Unwanted Visitors
Harvest 100 Wheat
Craft 10 Boundary Markers
Collect 25 Map Coordinates from friends
Reward: 750 XP, 750 Coins, 1 Shaggy Llama

Providing a Safe House
Collect 30 Thick Blankets from friends
Craft 20 Snack Satchels
Collect 85 Picnic Food - Drops from Pecan Trees
Reward: 1000 XP, 1000 Coins, Cream Cow

Get er Done
Craft 20 Lookout Perches
Collect 5 Daily Bonuses from Land Office (could be in your Emporium)
Tend 150 Oxen
Reward: 1500 XP, Water Geyser (decoration), 48x48 Expansion unlocked in Land Office

In the Land Office you can now upgrade after crafting 9 Land Grants
