We’re pleased to announce a new addition to your Zynga.com gaming experience; the Helpers Bar!
You may have already noticed this new section of the Right Rail, floating above the Live Social Stream when playing a game that utilizes the Live Social Stream (CastleVille, CityVille, and Hidden Chronicles). This real time feed will let you know how many times other players on Zynga.com have helped you out (by clicking your Help Request in their Live Social Stream), and how many rewards you have collected by successfully helping other players (by clicking their Help Requests in your Live Social Stream).
To see the specific details for each game, just click on the Helpers Bar when you are playing the game. The Helpers Bar will expand, and show you the specifics for Helps and Rewards.
One of the benefits to the Helpers Bar is the ability to see all the players who have helped you (by clicking your Help Request in their Live Social Stream) and then send them all thanks, all at once! Just click on the ‘View and Thank’ option, and then click ‘Thank All’ to fire off that “thanks for the help!” package.
The other benefit is the ability to add new zFriends with one simple click! Just click on the ‘Add zFriend’ button next to the player you wish to add, and they’ll automatically receive the friend request.
