Current Issue: Unable to Post or Send Requests - UPDATED 10/27


Players have reported that Posting items and requesting them from friends are not going through properly.

This is an issue and we are investigating what is causing this to happen. We currently do not have an ETA on a fix as we are still trying to investigate what is causing the issue. We have found one thing that players have reported:

Players have reported the "Everyone Tab" on Zynga.com is not working properly. CastleVille is working with the Zynga.com team to try and resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We do hope that this will be corrected soon. You can find more information here.

When contacting customer support it would be invaluable to us and the CastleVille Team if you are able to add some additional information regarding your posts or requests. If you could include each step with how you go to post and where you check for your post at, it would help us immensely.

An example would be:
1. Open quest for Un-Bee-Lievable
2. Post for Watering Cans
3. Go to timeline or http://www.facebook.com/?sk=app_107040076067341
4. Not see post

With regards to gift requests please check this article to see if the Neighbor work around helps with your gifts.
 
How does vote to click work? By clicking on "Vote to Fix", this tracks the number of customers that have been affected by the particular issue. Daily and weekly reports are sent to the Game studio with the number of the players that clicked on the button, specific to the issue listed above.
