Submit a Ticket - How-to Zynga Customer Service

Please follow along with the directions and images below to submit a ticket to Zynga Customer Service.


1. Click the Facebook Connect link located at the top of the Zynga Customer Service Portal
2. Enter your Facebook account login information and click the Login button to sign in
3. Click the Log In with Facebook button to Facebook Connect with the Zynga Customer Service Portal
4. Pick a nickname for yourself to use on the Zynga Customer Service Portal
5. Choose an option in the Contact Us area


1. Click the Facebook Connect link located at the top of the Zynga Customer Service Portal.

2. Enter your Facebook account login information and click the Login button to sign into your Facebook account. 


 



3. Click the Log In with Facebook button to Facebook Connect with the Zynga Customer Service Portal.

4. You will now be redirected back to the Zynga Customer Service Portal. If this is your first time using Facebook Connect with the Zynga Customer Service Portal, you will be asked for a nickname. Please enter one now and click the Create button. (You will only be asked to create a nickname once.)

5. You have completed the Facebook Connect procedure and can select an option in the Contact Us section to submit your incident.
