We are pleased to report that the server issues that have been causing players to experience various loading issues (stuck on a loading screen, or seeing a pure white screen instead of your Kingdom) were resolved on 01/18/2013.
Now that those issues are resolved, we're turning our attention to the reports that have started to come in of players experiencing Flash crashing on their computers. This appears as a pure white screen with an exclamation point in the center, as shown in the screenshot below.
If you are experiencing the problem where your browser's Flash is crashing while trying to play CastleVille, please first ensure that you've performed all the troubleshooting steps provided in this article:
