Finish Phase 1

Needs 10 Rescue Skills (it's a give/get 1)

Tend Adult Frontier Hawks 4 times (you got one from completing the last mission)
Feed 40 Adult Sheep
Finish Phase 2
Reward: 5 Steel Forges, 5 Tea crops, Rescue Sheep
Hikers on High
Tend Rescue Sheep 6 times (you got one last mission)
Harvest 40 Habaneros
Finish the F.A.R.M building
