REQUESTS

Accepting Game Requests

To load the Zynga Social Center you need to click on the White Envelope on the top-right corner of your game screen. Here you will be able to see your Gift Requests, Help Requests, Neighbor Invites, Crew Requests and many other Game-related tasks. To accept a gift, click on the Accept button. You can open the ZSC at any time while you’re playing.

Important Note: Items accepted via ZSC will directly go into your Inventory so you can use them in the game. They will not appear in “Your Gifts” window (these are for items acquired from the Newsfeed).

FREE GIFTS

Sending Free Gifts

You can easily send Free Gifts to your Neighbors by clicking on the Free Gifts tab on top of the Game’s Screen. You also have the option to send a Free Gift in-game with Jack’s Send Gifts window. Please know that if we cannot send a gift to a specific neighbor is because we already sent them a gift or returned a gift today via the Zynga Social Center envelope.

To send a gift, click on the item you wish to send and then on “Ready to Pick Friends >>>” button. It will take you to the Select Friends Window.

Remember that Free Gift requests will show on your neighbor’s ZSC envelope after there are sent.

You can also send Free Gifts while playing the game. The window will appear when we load the game or check on our quests. For more information on how this window work please check below.

Return Free Gifts

Free Gifts can be returned via the Zynga Social Center envelope, you will find them under the “Gift Requests” section. To return them click on the “Accept” button, you will notice that it will change to a “Send a gift back” button and by clicking it will return the same gift to our neighbor as long as we haven’t sent them a free gift today yet.

POSTS

When we have already posted for an item in the game, we may have the opportunity to post for it again after a period of time, or instantly by using a certain amount of Horseshoes for an early re-post.

Posting Timers

The ability to post most items is reset in a 6 hour interval, and it starts at 5:00 AM PST. The current timers are:

• 05:00 AM PST
• 11:00 AM PST
• 05:00 PM PST
• 11:00 PM PST

FEEDS

Feed Rewards (50 Feed Request items / 30 Feed Gift items)

Sometimes you will notice that when you’re trying to get items from the Newsfeed the limits below will change, this is because there are two types of items we can acquire (Feed Gifts and Feed Requests)

The difference between each of these items is that the Feed Gifts are usually items that are given out after completing a quest or a task in the game (we can get up to 30 of these each day) and the Feed Requests that are items we request to our neighbors via Post (we can get up to 50 of these each day)

Feed Reward Timer

Feed Rewards are reset at 5:00PM PST, every 24 hours.

Claiming Items or Rewards from Feeds:

When collecting from a Neighbor’s feed or wall, is necessary to place a comment to receive the item in the Inventory. Note: Not all of the items are give/get one in the game. Also, you can verify the item received through “Your Gifts” or your purple box (Gift Box).

To easily identify if the item posted whether or not is a give/get one you can use this hint: “if the item is not a give/get one the post will say “send” instead of “get”.

Out of rewards message:

This message will appear on the following scenarios:

- The person who owns the post is not our neighbor in the game.

- We have already clicked on that post before.

- The reward has been claimed (in case it's a post sharing a reward and not a request) and the message "No Reward Left Behind"

- The post has already expired

- Other neighbors may have already claimed all of the rewards left on that post.

In-Game Gifts:

Wishlist Items

We will be able to send gifts from the Wish List to a Neighbor by clicking on “send gift”box. Then we will be prompted how many of the same item we want to send to one of our neighbors. This is great for cleaning up your inventory.

Inventory Gifting

We can also gift collectibles or other items from our inventory if they have the Red Gift icon on the bottom. The items will be sent directly to their inventory (these are not notified in the Envelope or the Gifts window)
