We have received reports about an error message saying "Please close any other instances of Hidden Shadows and refresh your game". This error does appear even if there's only one window open for Hidden Shadows. Reports also mentioned about the progress made right before the error message is not recorded. We're taking a look at it right now and will be seeing what we can do to fix this and we appreciate your patience.
For some cases, all it needs is some Troubleshooting. You can try some simple Troubleshooting steps by clicking here. If in any case it is still the same, you don't need to write to support about it, but you CAN click the "Please Fix!" button at the bottom of this article to state that your account is affected.
