We have received reports that the task for upgrading your Storage Cellar once does not count towards completion of the goal. We're sorry for the confusion, assuming that your Storage Cellar is up to date you should have at least 1000 storage capacity. You need to level it up to 1250 capacity to complete the quest. We are currently updating the quest task wordings to avoid further confusion.
