Our support team takes claims of missing chips seriously and provides transparency whenever possible. In Zynga poker, chips rarely go "missing," rather they are transferred to another player and/or lost during a bad hand.
After reviewing a claim of missing chips if we identify that chips were lost during a bad hand we will provide you with a hand replay(s) of where the chips went to provide ultimate transparency.
