If you open Zynga Poker and see an error code that begins with “CA,” either you're on vacation or there’s a good chance somebody else is trying to access your Zynga Poker account. (See sample screenshot of message below)
This Security Alert! message is automatically triggered when our system detects that an account is being played at different locations. Consider this as our way of protecting the integrity and safeguarding your account.
Do not worry – when this error occurs, we’ll send you a verification email for confirmation. We encourage you to look for the verification email immediately. It can be found in your Inbox (depending on the email platform e.g. yahoo.mail, Google.mail, the verification email may be hidden in the social or spam folder of your Inbox). This verification email will allow you to 'Authorize' or 'Deny' the location change on your account.
If you are not receiving Zynga Verification emails, Click here.If the 'CA error' message appeared on your screen but you have not jumped locations, we recommend you to change all your passwords (in e.g. Facebook, Email, Zynga.com, etc.) immediately. Account security should not be taken lightly, and Zynga cannot be held responsible for accounts that have compromised their own security information. It is imperative that you Secure your Facebook account.
