We have some exciting news to share. Later this month, we will be launching an all new Zynga Player Support site! As a result of the site relaunch, there are a few updates we want to share with you.
First, the overall look and feel of the Zynga Player Support site will be completely different. The new site will feature FAQs about all of your favorite games in one location, making it easier for you to find the answers you are looking for while browsing on your computer, tablet or phone.
Second, we are updating our player support options to make it easier for all Zynga players around the world to get in touch with us. In the short-term, this means we will be removing the Chat Support option from the new site due to its limited availability to all of our global players. Moving forward, we will be adding new player support options to the site in the coming months to make it easier for all of our players to get in touch with us. We’ll share more details on these features as they launch.
Finally, to make it easier for you to get into the site and access the information you want faster, you will no longer have to sign in to the Zynga Player Support site to contact us.
