Hit It Rich - Why are my game rooms still locked when it says that it should be unlocked?

We are receiving reports that the All games unlock Event for 24 hours and the Super unlock Charm did not work and the rooms are still locked. 

We would like to share that we are aware of the issue and we are already working on it. May we request your patience and understanding while we resolve this issue.
