We have received reports that some players are unable to sign-in or connect to their Facebook account after updating to the latest game version. Our team is aware of this and are already working on a fix to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
While we wait for the fix, the following steps may already help you. Please do them in order.
- Force close your game.
- Go to your Facebook app on your device and log out of your Facebook account.
- Start your game again and connect to Facebook.
- This will force the connection to Facebook to be redone.
Please do not uninstall and reinstall FarmVille 2: Country Escape from your device. To do so without a connection to a social network can result in loss of progress.
