When is Café World closing down?
We’re sorry to announce that Café World will be shut down on 07/23/2014. You can continue to play the game until then. The option to 'Migrate to other games' will be active until 07/23/2014.
How does the Bonus package work?
Choose the game in which you would like to receive the bonus package. The games in which you can redeem this one-time bonus package are: FarmVille 2 (web version), CastleVille Legends and Puzzle Charms.
Enter the email address where you would like to receive the details from Zynga Player Advocacy and Support.
Click on the ‘Redeem Offer’ button.
Look out for your email from Zynga.
What if I already have an account in the other game?
The bonus package will be added to the existing account.
Can I have the bonus package credited to a different account?
The package will be added to the same Facebook account only.
What if I don’t have an account in the other game?
Please ensure that you have created an account in the other game before redeeming the bonus package. We will not be able to add the bonus package unless you have an account in the game you wish the package to be added to.
Can we purchase items in the game?
You can continue playing the game normally until the game is completely shut down. You will not be able to purchase items for cash from 05/23/2014.
What about items and Café Cash? Can I transfer these to another game?
You can spend your Café Cash until Café World officially closes on 7th of July, 2014. In-game currency and items cannot be transferred to another game.
Why can’t I invite friends to the game?
We have disabled the ‘Invite Friends’ feature as new users are no longer able to join the game.
What will happen to my VIP membership?
If you are a current subscriber, you will enjoy the benefits of VIP membership until the game completely shuts down and you will not be charged for it going forward.
