To focus on bringing you new and exciting game experiences, CityVille Hometown, CityVille Holidaytown and ZombieSmash will come to an end soon.

ZombieSmash will close on 1/12/15, while CityVille Hometown and CityVille Holidaytown will come to a close on 2/12/15.

In place of these games, we encourage you to play our other Zynga mobile games like FarmVille 2 Country Escape, CastleVille Legends, & New Words With Friends. We know you’ll enjoy creating and connecting in these games.

CityVille Hometown - ZID

Your mobile device generates a unique ID called a ZID within each Zynga mobile game. For CityVille Hometown, the instructions are provided below on how to locate the ZID in order to assist you identify the issue on smartphone or tablet.

Step 1. Tap the "Gear Icon" located on the bottom right next to the population counter



Step 2. Once the Settings window appears scroll down to the bottom



Step 3. The ZID is located above the close button
