Crafting Gloom Dragon Potions

In the Tom Quest "What I Do Best", one of the requirements is to craft a Gloom Dragon Potion.

This quest may appear prior to an Alastair Quest "How to Catch a Dragon".

Completion of the "How to Catch a Dragon" Quest will make the Gloom Dragon Potion appear in the Beastie Laboratory and not before.

They must be done in this order despite the appearance of the quests.
