Zynga forgot to shut down MAFIA WARS 2?

MAFIA WARS 2 still can be played.

Under the title: "Mafia Wars 2 will be shutting down on December 30th" we posted official info about Mafia Wars 2 closing.

 I tried to enter the game yesterday, and this is result.
Mafia Wars 2 still can be played!

 Not just that!

MW2 Support page is still "working"!

Whether Zynga forgot to shut down MAFIA WARS 2, or something else is going on?!?

Solution for being able to play Mafia Wars2?

This is possible solution for being able to play Mafia Wars2.

Well this works for me!

1. go on account settings in Facebook

and click on account settings option, as it is shown in the above image.

Pick Security Option! - shown in above image

On the top find Secure Browsing and set it disabled as is shown in above image.

For me, Mafia Wars2 starts loading, I am able to play today.

MafiaWars2 - no chance to enter and play (for some,lot or all players)

For playing any Zynga games I use: chrome, iron, comodo, mozilla, cometbird or safari.
This was checked on all browsers I use and result is the same.
And one more thing: I update my flash regularly.

When I tried to click on support, this is what I've got:

No official info is available at this moment. They even do not react on warnings on their fun page.
Is this game going to die?
Is somebody sleeping there?
Is anybody alive there?

Loading Issues for 3/21/2012 - FIXED!!

The "Bulge XL" Armor items have had their stats lowered to be more balanced

 

Many players have noticed a change in their Attack and Defense stats in Mafia Wars 2. This is because the reward for the weekly mission, the Bulge 4XL and the Bulge 2XL, have had their statistics lowered by the development team.

The statistics for the items were too high, and they were out of balance with other armor items of the same levels.

The drop in statistics was made to level the playing field for players during PvP battles.  This change happened to all players who owned the items, so there is not a net advantage from one player to another.

We have the art ready; all we need is the names!

Look at the images below. We’ve had these weapons, armor and vehicle in storage and would like to release them with your creative name. Also, don’t forget to add what this weapon is best at: Crit, Punch, Stealth, Attack or Defense.
