Treasure Trail Walkthrough

Hello again, Adventurers!

Today we will be going to the Treasure Trail Expedition. To get to this expedition, you can click on the "Map" button, and then select "Treasure Trail".



Then press the "Start" button:



And off we go!



Treasure, you say?






The first quest on the list is to collect an Azure Skull:



However, that can't be done until the end of the map:



The next quest is to gather some Ruby vases. How pretty!



They are pretty easy to find:



And the last quest is to find several Jade vases.



One or two of these are sneaky, so keep your eyes open!




Now we need to get to the Azure skull. But how? It's too tall!

Simple! Click on the puzzle switch:



And the arrows will show you in which order to click on the masks:







Well done! The pillar will sink into the ground, and the Azure skull will be available for collection:



Congratulations!



Don't forget to come back to complete more quests towards your Expedition Mastery stars later.



If you choose not to head home from the screen above, you can leave at any time by clicking on this icon:

  A: It takes 3 energy to start it, you will also need keys to start it again or wait for it to be ready (similar to wrenches for attractions).

  A: The effect lasts for 3 minutes. You can purchase more time with City Cash (and get bonus energy).
  
• Q: How do I receive payout bonuses?
  A: In order to receive pay bonuses granted by the Eiffel Tower it must be active at the time you are collecting from the business/hotel/restaurant/casino.
  
• Q: Does the Eiffel Tower has to be near my businesses in order for me to receive the payout bonus?
  A: No it does not.
  
• Q: What will happen to my Eiffel Tower if I delete it?
  A: It will go into your inventory.

1. Place the Eiffel tower; either from the pop-up or from your inventory. Click on the unfinished tower to finish building it.
   *Note: If you close the pop-up without placing the Tower you will find it in your inventory.
   
   
   
   
2. While your Eiffel Tower is active you will see gold sparkles around ready to collect businesses, hotels, restaurants, and casinos.
   
   
   
   
3. You will also see the countdown timer on the right side of your screen. Clicking on "Add" will allow you to purchase more time with cash, if you purchase more time you will also receive bonus energy.

   

   
   
4. Once the timer has run out your Eiffel tower will deactivate and you will see the key icon above it.

   

5. Click on your Eiffel Tower to bring up the following menu. From this menu, you can see how it it would take for your Tower to be ready again. You can wait the specified amount of time, or you can activate it sooner by gathering keys; you can do this either by requesting them from your friends or by using City Cash.
   
   
   
   
6. Whenever you collect from a a business while it's receiving a payout bonus from an active Eiffel Tower you will notice the bonus received floating above the business.

Submitting a Ticket to Customer Support

Please follow these steps for help with submitting a ticket to customer support.

1. Click on the button corresponding to your game (click on "Other Games" if you do not see your game)
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. You can change the language for the support page by clicking on the drop-down box located in the upper right-hand corner of the support page.
   
   
   
   
3. Take a look at the hottest issues for your game, if none of them apply to you please enter your issue/question in the search box and click "Search"
   
   
   
   
4. You will see a list of topics matching your search query; if you don't see an answer to your question in search results, click on "email us". And you will be presented with the ticket submission form (continued on page 2)
   
   

 

1. You will see the following form if you followed the above steps, or if you clicked on the direct link for submitting a ticket. Please note that more fields will become available as you fill out the form.
   
   
   
   
2. Select which social network you're using to play the game. If you select Facebook (default), and you are currently logged into Facebook, then some of your information will already be on the form. Otherwise you may choose to log into Facebook connect (by clicking on the Facebook button) or fill in your personal information yourself. If you chose to fill in your own information, or you are not playing on Facebook, please fill in every field in Step 1.
   
   
   
   
3. Select your game in the first field (if your game is not listed please select "Other Games"), what you are using to play the game in the second, the type of issue you are experiencing in the third field, following by your specific issue in the last field; if you do not see your issue, please select "Other".
   *Note: You will not be able to select the next field until you selected an option from the previous one.
   
   
   
   
4. Once you you selected an option from every field in Step 2 you will be able to access Step 3; where you should describe your issue in as much detail as possible and, if applicable, upload any files you may have related to your what you are experiencing (such as screenshots). After you are finished with this step, just click on the "Submit" button.
   
   
   
   
5. After you submit your question/issue you will see the following confirmation page and receive a confirmation email with information regarding your ticket, if you don't see it please check your spam folder. if you are not sure how to prevent customer support emails from going into your spam folder, please click here for instructions.
