Question: What are Tournaments?
Answer: Tournaments allow you to compete against your friends up to 5 times for free! It's also a chance to get a lot of tickets and coins fast!
Question: How much does it cost?
Answer: It’s free for 5 turns! If you’ve used up your 5 turns and want to continue to play in tournaments, another round can be purchased for Bingo Cash.
Question: What does the timer under tournaments mean?
Answer: This is to let you know how long you have before the end of that tournament.
Question: How long does each Tournament last?
Answer: Tournaments last 24 hours and ends at 12PM pst.
Question: Why don’t I see Tournaments on my game?
Answer: Only players level 5 and higher are able to play in tournaments.
Question: If I don’t use all 5 free rounds today, will they be added to tomorrow’s rounds?
Answer: Yes. Rounds do roll over to the next day.
Question: Can I receive collectables while playing in Tournaments?
Answer: No. Collectables are not available when you’re in playing in Tournaments.
Question: How do I claim a prize from Tournaments?
Answer: After the 24 hours are up you will need to sign into the game. If your already in the game when the 24 hours is up, you’ll have to leave the game and come back in to claim the prize.
Question: Do I win tickets in Tournaments?
Answer: Yes, tickets are won during Tournaments. Tickets can be achieved through daubing the Ticket Blast, found in mystery crates or winning the daily tournament!
Question: Why don't I receive 100,000 coins and 250 tickets every time i get a bingo in Tournaments?
Answer: The 1st place payout your seeing below the card selector is the payout you'd receive once you win the daily tournament. Winners are notified every 24 hours.
Question: How do I know when I've won the daily Tournament?
Answer: You will get a Congratulations popup with your placement and what you've won.
Question: What do I win when I get a bingo while playing in tournaments?
Answer: You could win coins, tickets and experience! The winnings for placing a bingo are automatically added to your account once the bingo is called.
Question: How can I see what place I am in the Tournament?
Answer: Although this feature is not available yet, it will be available soon!
