FAQ- "Flower Celebration" / Petals

Howdy Pardners!

We have received a number of reports from our players with some difficulties to complete the quest "Flower Celebration". We have put some tips together in order to help you! Please find them below:

• You need 2,500 to be able to purchase the Cheery Flowers
• The Desert Flytrap randomly appears and has been designed to have a low drop rate to make the mission a bit challenging.  The Desert Flytrap can also be purchase using 1000 Flower Petals.
• The total Flower Petal you'll receive after completing all the 8 missions are 780. You may repeat the missions since they are repeatable, to gather more Flower Petals.
• You can also get Petals when you grow the Sunlit and the Moonlit Pots also when storing them inside the Displays you will also get Petals. 
• Collecting the Bonus from the Displays will also get you some Petals
• Please remind that all Items cost Petals. Only Sunlit  Pot and Moonlit Pot  are free along with Bright and Dark displays.
  -Cactus Pot and Cactus Display cost 250 petals each
  -Sunlit Pot takes 6 Floral Filling, Moonlit Pots takes 7, and Cactus Pots takes 8.

Collect the bonus from the Sunset Display
Gather 10 Spotty Sunflowers (harvest Marigolds or Mixed Tulips)
Collect 6 Amber Sprays from friends
Reward: 3 Escargot Boosts, 2 Marigolds, 20 Flower Petals

Put a Bonnet on it
Gather 10 Granny's Bonnet Flowers - clear wildflowers
Gather 30 Blush Fragrances (harvest Passion Flowers)
Grow a flower from a Sunlit Pot (free in the Market) - takes 6 Floral Filling
Reward: 3 Wildflowers, Floral Filling, 40 Flower Petals

 Note: Rich Soil usually drops when harvesting Sunny Poppies and occasionally from Sunflowers on yer homestead. Sunny Poppies and Free Gifts 

Lovely Lilting Lilies
Collect the bonus from Star Lilies 30 times (coins in market)
Collect 12 Orange Rubs from friends
Grow a flower from a Moonlit Pot (free in the Market) - takes 7 Floral Filling
Reward: 3 Frontier Fritters, White Dogwood Trees, 50 Flower Petals

Mist by a Rose
Collect 25 Edged Roses (harvest Sparkling Roses or Pink Roses)
Collect 15 Dogwood Flowers (drops from Dogwood trees free gifts page, you may have them in orchard)
Craft 5 Auto Misters
Reward: Cactus Pot, Random Boost, 100 Flower Petals

 Note: Perfect Pricker occasionally drops when harvesting Prickly Pear Cactus on yer homestead. it is the Market.

Goin Batty
Chop Fully Grown Oak trees 20 times
Collect 3 Pollen Dusts (drops from flying foxes, you get some from finishing 1-4)
Craft 7 Hideaway Homes
Reward: Fully Grown Oak, 2 Floral Filling and 120 Petals

Harvest Blueberries for Seeds n Berries

Punctual Perennials
Harvest 20 Lilacs (free gifts)
Craft 3 Painted Pots
Craft 6 Auto Misters
Reward: 5 Sunflower Ready boosts, Random Boost, 130 Flower Petals

Note: Coffee Cans occasionally drop when harvesting Coffee Trees on yer homestead. Coffees trees are in the Market and Free gifts page. 

Floral Fauna
Gather 12 Baby Bats (chop Fully Grown Pine)
Collect 8 Batty Seeds from friends
Craft 8 Hideaway Homes
Reward: 2 Chocolate Rush boosts, Cactus Display, 140 Flower Petals

Queen of the NightGather 15 Deep Petals (drop from Day Flower & Night Flower Displays bonuses)
Grow a Cactus Pot (found in the Petal Market or mission 3)
Craft 5 Hangin' Baskets
Reward: Crop Whisperer, 180 Petals and a Random reward

Day flower displays need 3 completed flower pots to be placed, and the Night flower display takes 4.
Building boosts will work on each display or it's an 18 hour cooldown

Tend a Petal Sheep 30 times (you can buy in the Petal Market or get 3 from completing mission 1-8
Buy the Cheery Flowers & Hungry Trap in the Petal Market
Get all 3 variations of the Cactus plant (Barrel Cactus, Tall Cactus, & Desert Flytrap)
Reward: 3 Mystery Animal Crates, 5 Crop Whisperers, Midnight Queen (deco)
