Hi Farmers!
We have received reports about Community Neighbors not appearing in the list of friends where we can ask help for things like Farmhands, bottles, completing quests, etc. Normally, we have them included on the "FarmVille 2 Friends" list when we try to request from them.
We are now checking on the issue and we appreciate your patience while we work on it. You don't need to write to support about this, but you CAN click the "Please Fix!" button at the bottom of this article to state that your account is affected.
For the mean time, we can try to check the "All Friends" list and see if our Community Neighbors are there when we try to request or ask for help.
We'll have everything back up and running in a moment!
