A number of Poker players have reported to us their inability to load their profile page or the sub-pages within it. We are already aware of this concern, and have already allocated resources to investigate this concern further and release a fix.No need to contact Zynga Poker Support to report this issue.
In case you urgently need to open your Profile page, you may want to try our work-around. Click on the "Most Chips" tab found on the bottom part of your game screen. It's just above your friends' profile pictures. Then, try to locate your own photo and click on it.
A window will pop-up and you'll be able to see the "Overview", "Items" and "Collections" tab. (By the way, please avoid clicking on the "Achievements" tab since this will trigger the same continuous circular loading indicator to appear)
