The Fluxatron is a powerful piece of military technology, which will give us an edge in combat—but it's going to be a while before we can activate it. First, we're going to have to construct a Land, Sea, and Air Weapons Center!
Each of the three Weapons Centers must be constructed separately, and only the Land Weapons Center is available right now. The Land Weapons Center is a powerful deco building that offers a 20% discount to nearby military buildings.
This is on slow roll-out, so if you don't have it yet, please be patient!
