Higher than normal contact volume

Greetings chef,


We've been receiving a higher than normal contact rate recently. If you have submitted an email, we want to assure you that we did not forget and are working around the clock to answer them as soon as possible.

Please note that if you submit multiple emails about the same issue, it will only slow down our response to you and to your fellow chefs.


Also, it is important to note that at the release of any new quest or catering order, there may be a small delay between when players see the new goals in their cafe. So there is no need to send an email if one of your friend's has a goal slightly before you do.
