I lost progress (Error 409)

Greetings Bubble Sharpshooter,

A few of our fellow bubble poppers are reporting that either their account was reset or that they've lost some or all progress with their game.

The loss of progress happens when the server is not updating your progress, like when the game goes "out of sync". The game is forced to refresh the last successfully saved version. One thing to keep in mind is that your connection can be affected by many number of external factors, such as not meeting the minimum system requirements.

We apologize for an inconvenience this is causing you. There is no need to submit an email for this issue. To help us keep track of the affected players, click the Please Fix button below. This helps our engineers prioritize and quickly improve the game play of Bubble Safari.

If you decide to submit a ticket, please include the time you played and the number of stars you received before you lost progress. We will use that information to verify the loss.
