The Ville contains multiple decoration and game setting tools to enhance game play and ensure smooth gaming experience. Each tool and setting has a specific purpose. Use the following information to become familiar with each game setting and become a decorating champion!
Decoration Tools
Interior and exterior house items can be moved, stored, rotated and stored in The Ville. To complete decorative actions, use one of the following outlined tools to complete a desired action.
Select the arrow icon shown above to expand and hide the full list of decoration tools. Once expanded, click the desired decoration tool and get to decorating! Hover over
Globe
Located in the upper right hand corner of the game window, use the globe to change between a preferred language type.
Game Settings
Select the settings icon shown above to expand and hide the full list of game setting options. Once expanded, click one of the following setting icons below to turn off/on each feature.
Decoration Tools

Move Room: Use the move room tool to relocate entire rooms to a new location on the home plot. Move/Rotate: Highlight individual household items with the move/rotate tool. Once a item has been moved to a new location, click the rotate icon to find the perfect household fit. Walls: Walls can be added or removed using the wall tool. This tool comes in most handy once 2 or more room have been moved together and there's a need to remove walls between rooms Sell: Get rid of unwanted items using the sell tool. Be advised, selling items will not reward much, it might be more worthwhile to consider storing items before selling them. Store: Use the store tool to move items to the inventory section. Entire rooms and individual items can be easily stored. Take note of the inventory storage limit. |
