Soldiers- There's been a security breach! One of your security guards helped the terrorist Sondra Fahs escape on the way to her trial today in your Empire's federal courthouse. It's up to you to rack her down before things get nasty!
Let's take a closer look into this:
Sondra Fahs is a truly dangerous terrorist who has just escaped our grasp while en route to her trial. I’m sorry to report that it was one of our security guards that aided her escape. We can’t let word of this escape get out. Instruct your press secretary to leak a story to a foreign publication that a serious illness prevented Sondra Fahs from showing up at her trial.
Now remember, a rogue security guard and a dangerous terrorist can’t be allowed to run free. An aggressive investigation is in order. The guard’s family might know something; so might your underworld gang contacts. If other nations learn about the escape, you will be a laughing stock, you must find a way to prevent that.
You must re-capture the prisoner to gain an edge over the terrorists. It's time for Damage Control.
