The Ville on Zynga.com - Can't Get Past "Give Friends Free Stuff" screen

We've been receiving reports from players who are seeing a severe lack of space for The Ville on Zynga.com. So much so that they can't even get past the initial "Give Friends Free Stuff" screen, since all the buttons are cut off. We are definitely aware of this issue, and the studios are actively investigating the cause of this problem, and working as quickly as possible towards a resolution.

While the studio is working towards a long term resolution, we have discovered two short term solutions. If you are experiencing this problem, we'd recommend you try one of these solutions:

1) Increase your Desktop Resolution
Setting your desktop to a higher resolution will give you more space for Zynga.com to display. This will also increase the space that The Ville has to display on, and allow you to see the full "Give Friends Free Stuff" screen.

2) Zoom Out on your Browser
If you are playing on a laptop, or otherwise unable to increase your desktop resolution, all browsers give you the ability to zoom out, which functions in much the same fashion. You'll see more of the screen, which will allow you to see the full "Give Friends Free Stuff" screen.

If neither of these are an option for you, then we do apologize, and we can only ask your patience while we work on a more permanent solution.
