To complete the "Thyme for Spice" goal you must place and build the Spice crate.
Once you have built the Spice crate, you can harvest the thyme you need to complete the goal. The Spice crate is good for 3 harvests of 1 hour Thyme and then the crate will disappear.
Hovering over the Spice Crate will show you how many harvests you have left.
