What is the size of the Polar Bear Rescue?	The mama bear has a footprint of 2x2.
Will I need materials to complete the Polar Bear Rescue?	Yes. You will need to collect varying amounts of materials to upgrade each level of the Polar Bear Rescue. You can request these from your friends, you can collect them from themed buildings or you can purchase them with city cash. Polar Bear Rescue themed buildings can be found in your build menu located under the Whale Rescue tab. Hovering over these buildings in the build menu will show what items drop from the various buildings.
Can I upgrade my Polar Bear Rescue? If so, what level can I upgrade this item to?	There are 6 levels that you will need to complete in order to reunite all the baby cubs with the mama bear. You will start on level 1 and each new level will unlock 24 hours after completion of the previous level. Alternatively, you can unlock the next level by paying city cash. For some levels, you will need to expand to the baby cubs and place them near the mama bear in order to proceed unlocking the gate.
Will I see visual changes when upgrading?	Yes, on the mama bear.
If I reach a new level to upgrade on the Polar Bear Rescue, do the parts reset?	Yes.

Step by Step Guide to the Polar Bear Rescue:

• Once you have reached level 10 you will see the following quest icon and receive the associated quest:
  
  
  
  
• Clicking on "Show Me" from the quest will take you to the mama polar bear. Clicking on the mama bear will open the feature and allow you to start working on it.
  
  
• To free the mama polar bear and open the gate, you will need to request materials from friends (either by posting to the feed or by direct request from friends), collect parts from polar bear rescue themed buildings or purchase materials with city cash. Once you have completed a level, you will need to wait 24 hours for the next level to unlock to continue the Polar Bear Rescue.
  
  
• To reunite the baby cubs with their mama, you will need to expand to each of the 4 baby bears. You will find them in various areas of the water in your city. Note: If you have fully expanded to all water areas, you will find the baby bears in your inventory. Please also note that you may need to refresh the game to receive them.
  
  
  
• Once you have expanded to a baby polar bear, place it close to the mama bear to continue unlocking the gate and freeing the mama polar bear! 
  
  
• Complete the Polar Bear Rescue to receive the Polar Bear Rescue rewards!
• Quest Parts II and III of Whale Rescue:
