Players got 20 Energy in their inventory, but not as additional but as substitute.
So, if you are luck to get 20 Energy Christmas Gift it is added to your inventory but they took away yours 8 x 2 or similar energy from inventory.
Some players are suggesting that you need to refresh the game, but for me that does not work.
Well, Zynga, that was nice joke for all players that was hoping to finally get something as reward for playing this game, in the game that is known as not generous, esp energy generous.
