After that time, the game will no longer be available. We also want to help you find new games to play and enjoy. How does the Bonus package work?
If you are a current The Ville player, please access the game, choose the game in which you would like to receive the bonus package. The games in which you can redeem this one-time bonus package are:
FarmVille 2, ChefVille or Bubble Safari.
Enter the email address where you would like to receive the details from Zynga Customer Support.
Click on the ‘Accept Offer’ button.
What if I already have an account in the other game?
The bonus package will be added to the existing account.
Can I have the bonus package credited to a different account?
The package will be added to the same Facebook account only.
What if I don’t have an account in the other game?
Please ensure that you have created an account in the other game, before redeeming the bonus package. We will not be able to add the bonus package unless you have an account in the game you wish the package to be added to.
Why can’t I invite friends to the game?
We have disabled the ‘Invite Friends’ feature as new users cannot play the game any longer. The content that we are releasing from now is exclusive to you…our loyal players.
