Many issues (i.e. Loading, crashing, Missing Features, Sync-ing of Game) can be resolved by the following ways depending what Mobile Device you are using.
First of all, make sure that your device is connected through Wifi, 3G, 4G or LTE.
Apple device
4.If the issue persists, uninstall/Reinstall the App.
Android Device:

- Update Game and make sure you have the latest version of your app by checking your iTunes Store.
- Force close all your apps if you have many of them open at the same time.
- Restart your App by force closing
- Restart and Force-close your app by double tapping the "Home" button on your iOS device.
- The Multi-tasking bar should appear on the bottom of the screen.
- Hold down the game app in the multi-tasking bar until the app starts to shake.
- When the game app starts to shake, tap the "-" in the top left hand corner to force close the app.
- Go back to your iOS Springboard and reload your app
4.If the issue persists, uninstall/Reinstall the App.
Please know that re-installation of the game will not lose any of your account/progress:
- Hold any icon on your device until all of them start to shake; you will see an "x" next to each app that you can delete.
- Touch the "x" of the app you want to delete. You may have to confirm the deletion and/or rate the app.
- Re-download the app from your iTunes.
- Open the App.
- Update Game and make sure you have the latest version of your app by checking your Google Play Store.
- Force close all your apps if you have many of them open at the same time.
- Restart your App by force closing:
- Go to "Settings"
- Select "Applications"
- Tap on "Manage Application
- Choose the appropriate app to "Force-Stop"
- Go back into game app

- Go to "Settings"
- Select "Applications"
- Tap on "Manage Application"
- Choose the appropriate app to "Uninstall"
- Go to Marketplace to find and Reinstall app
