When contacting Customer Support, please make sure to include your Zynga Player/Device ID. You will find this ID by following these simple steps: 

-          Click Options in the lobby (bottom left-hand corner of screen)

-          Scroll down to the bottom and choose "About"

-          Please send us the ID number displayed
