Mobile - Find your Zynga ID before contacting support!

If you play on a Mobile device, you are assigned a "Zynga ID" number or "ZID".

When you are reporting an issue to us, we would appreciate if you could locate and take note of your ZID number, and ensure you provide us this number when you contact us.


Here is how you can find your ZID in Hit It Rich:

1. Open your Settings Menu by clicking on the Cog wheel on the top right hand side of the screen:

2. Locate your ZID, at the bottom of the setting window:

3. Take note of the number. And you are done!
