The Zynga Self-Service Tool

Ever wanted to manage your "with Friends" accounts? Well, now you can!

We are excited to present a very helpful tool which allows you to manage your Zynga with Friends accounts in one place. The Self-Service tool allows you to change password, report abuse, block opponents and to refresh your game. Please note that you will only be able to access the tool if you have played on a mobile device.
Our Self-Service Tool is available in: Danish (Dansk), German (Deutsch), English (US), Spanish (Español), French (Français), Italian (Italiano), Japanese (日本語), Korean (한국어), Dutch (Nederlands), Portuguese (Português), Russian, Swedish, Chinese.      

Account Management Tool

1)Want to update your account? Click Manage Account to edit your personal profile and make sure to fill out the required information to save changes.

2) Want to change your password? Click on Change Password tab and enter at least 5 characters.

3) Do you have an unwanted opponent and are receiving multiple game invites? You can block and unblock a specific opponent by their username or by opponents list.

4) Want to report an abusive opponent? Deal with an abuser by reporting them directly to us and make sure to fill out the required information to save changes.

 

5) Broken game and unable to move on? In case a game is already corrupted, you can use this tool to refresh your game(s). Refreshing will not affect your other games.
