We have been receiving contacts lately from a significant number of players claiming that when they utilized a free spin on the Lucky Bonus Slots, no chips were given out as rewards.
We are already aware of this issue, and are currently working on a fix. Our initial investigation suggests that for some reason the game gives a free spin even before the usual 8- to 24-hours waiting time has elapsed, hence no chips were given out as rewards.
This should be corrected soonest. There is no need to contact us.
Please understand that, by game design, the Lucky Bonus slots only rewards chips a maximum of three times during a 24-hour period, or only once within an 8-hour period.
