We are receiving a large number of contacts from players who are unable to access/play their Zynga Poker accounts. If upon opening your account, you see the either of these two messages (see screenshots below), there is a good chance that your account is temporarily suspended or permanently suspended by our security system.

So, why is your account banned or suspended?
Our system automatically bans or suspends an account when its owner has violated any of the provisions indicated in the Zynga Terms of Service.
The most common violations are:
o Chips Transferring/Team Play
o Posting of Offensive or Infringing content – including chat posts that are threatening, abusive, pornographic in nature, excessively violent. This also includes use of Zynga proprietary images or indecent photos as your profile picture.
o Conducting commercial activity within the game – including Chips Selling
o Cheating and hacking – including illegal use of unauthorized third party software, automation software, exploits, bots, hacks, mods, VPNs, Phishing IP Tools
In most cases TOS violations are irreversible. If you would like to have a member of the support team review your profile for reinstatement, feel free to email the customer support team. Please note that repeat contacts for reinstatement may automatically be closed once a case has been reviewed. Thanks for your understanding.
