CastleVille Legends - Unable to Unlock Giovanni?

The high council hears your calls for help! 
We hear that you are experiencing difficulties freeing Giovanni from his icy prison and that there are adventurers who are unable to locate Cinder Caldera.

We casted a global spell and the gates of Cinder Caldera is now materializing.

As for Giovanni, due to the extreme weather condition in Cinder Caldera giving more power to the Ice Curse of the Wicked Witch, you have to tend him several times to thaw him out.

If you are having a hard time breaking the ice curse via the Web version, it is recommended to perform this action on a Mobile device to fix the issue as a workaround due to the curse's complexity.

Rest assured that we of the High Council, are looking into this and are working towards a resolution for others that are still experiencing it.
