The rare Mystical Orbs are precious gems indeed, as they’re needed to expand to the mysterious lands of the Cinder Caldera! These may be found in Mount Cinder by very good luck! You can check for an estimate in your chances in getting these Orbs.

Green indicates high chance, yellow for medium chance, and red for low chance.
As you noticed from this particular image, the Mystical Orb gives a low chance to be found. Please keep on trying and you may eventually get the items you need! Giovanni is your best bet in searching for this item, plus it’s also a good idea to switch Heroes from time to time so they can take a rest in looking for your items.
What about Ember Cleansers?
Ember Cleansers are special items made from Mystical Orbs, which are needed to expand towards the Cinder Caldera. Since these are Special Items, they won’t show up in your Royal Vault! However, there is a way to check them. If you’re positive that you have one in your inventory or you have finished crafting one, you can check by tapping on an unclaimed land in the Cinder Caldera:
Note: For lands requiring 2 Ember Cleansers, you need to also have 2 Ember Cleansers for the number to show as “green”.
