Event items not counting towards the Event Quests

Greetings Adventurers!

We received word that crafted and found items sometimes do not count towards your Event quests' progress if the Event has not loaded completely when collecting from Workshops or Places of Legends.

The High Wizards Council gave this great advise to prevent this from happening:

Before you gather your crafted items from your Workshops, or complete the explorations of your Heroes from the Places of Legends, it is important that you wait for the Event to load first. You will know if the Event has loaded if you see the progress bar appear at the bottom:

Once this bar is visible, you could now gather the items and these should count towards your Event progress.
