We are receiving reports that some of our farmers are unable to fully load their game.
We are already working on a fix for this.
For now please try the following steps that worked for some players:
1. Try restarting the app, multiple times if necessary. It may take a few tries, but hopefully that allows you to finish the download. (because the download is often cached and will finish before the timeout.)
2. Move to an area with better reception if they are in an area with a poor signal.
3. Switch to Wi-Fi when downloading the update and content.
