Q. How do I get to the Zynga Forums? For the Official Zynga Community Forums, go here. Q. How do I register for the Forums? To register as a Forums user: 1. Click Connect with Facebook. If you are not currently logged in to Facebook, do so when the Facebook Login prompt appears. 2. On the Facebook Bridge screen, click Connect with Facebook. 3. Click Allow to allow Zynga permission to access your Facebook profile. If you are already logged in to Facebook, you are automatically logged in. If you are not already logged in, you will need to enter your Facebook username and password. 4. After logging in to Facebook, click Register Now. 5. Complete the Username and Email Address fields. 6. (Optional) Add a Password and confirm it (Confirm Password). NOTE: If you do not fill in the Password field, you will be required to log in via the Connect with Facebook button by using your Facebook Username  and Password. 7. Click Complete Registration. 8. After registration completes, click Allow to give Zynga permission to post to your Facebook Wall. You will receive a message in your registered email address inbox confirming your Forums registration. Now that you're registered, jump in and start interacting with other Zynga players! Q. I never received an confirmation email, what should I do? It’s possible the email was put in a different folder in your email, so be sure to go through your inbox, spam, and junk folders.  To have us resend it to you, simply fill out the form here. Q. I am having trouble logging in, what should I do? If you are having issues with your Password, make sure the CAPS Lock is off.  If you are unable to recall your password, go here  and fill out the brief form to receive an email with updated login information.  If you login using the Connect with Facebook button, make sure your Facebook credentials are correct.  Login information for your Facebook account can be reset by going here. Q. How do I post in the Forums? To post on any of our Forums, you must be logged in via Facebook Connect or have an account which has been verified by email confirmation.  To have us resend the confirmation email, click this link and fill out the brief form.  If it does not appear in your Inbox after a short time, check your Junk/Spam folder. To start a new thread, click the Post New Thread button (you may need the right permissions to do this). To post a reply to an existing thread, click the Reply to Thread button. If this button does not appear, it could mean that you are not logged in as a member, or that you do not have permission to reply, or that the thread has been closed to new replies. Q.
