I cannot brew coffee

Hola chefs,

Our fellow chefs have been reporting that they cannot brew coffee when the game is telling them that they are out of coffee. Keep in mind that there may be a delay between your actions and the time it takes to update our system.  For players with a large cafe or slow connections, the delay may be extended.

If you've waited 5 seconds and the game has not updated, we suggest that you refresh the game and try again. If after a refresh and you are still experiencing this issue, please let us know.

We are always looking for ways to increase the speed of our game and we truly apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to have this resolved soon.

We really appreciate your feedback and we will work hard to quickly resolve issues our players report. If you choose to submit a support ticket please, put "Brew Delay" at the start of your support ticket and then briefly describe the problem you are experiencing.
