Current Issue Gifts - Not Receiving Items - 06/26/2012

Many players have reported that, after clicking their gifts and accepting them, the gifts do not tally up in the quest requirements or the inventory.

We are aware of this gifting issues and are currently researching a fix. In the meantime we would advise you to play CastleVille from Zynga.com where the items seem to be received correctly.

There is no need to submit a support request. Instead, click Please Fix below this article so that we can determine the total number of affected players.

We collect Please Fix votes into daily and weekly reports that we send to the game studio with the number of players that clicked the button, specific to the issue listed above.
