This error message will appear if you are currently using an outdated or corrupted version of Flash. In order to fix this issue, you can do one of the following:
(1) Uninstall your Mozilla Firefox's Flash player IMPORTANT!
(2) Reinstall your Mozilla Firefox's Flash to the newest version here
(3) Play Bubble Safari using Google Chrome (which automatically updates to the newest version of Flash)
Note: Reinstalling Flash without uninstalling will not fix the issue. You must uninstall Flash first.
If you are already using the latest version of Flash and still experiencing this issue, please take the time to click the Please Fix button below. This helps our engineers prioritize and quickly improve the game play of Bubble Safari. There is no need to submit an email for this issue.
