Can the Skyscraper Neighborhood be placed Downtown?	Yes! However, it gives no DT value.
Is the Skyscraper Neighborhood available in the Build Menu?	Unfortunately, this item is not for sale in the Build Menu.
How many clicks are required to build the Skyscraper Neighborhood?	6 Clicks are required to build your Skyscraper Neighborhood.
What is the size of the Skyscraper Neighborhood?	This feature has a footprint of 5x5.
How can I tell if a building will go into my Skyscraper Neighborhood?	Your residences will highlight blue.
Does the Skyscraper Neighborhood drop population "doobers" (moving trucks that increase your population)?	Yes, there is a chance to randomly receive these and increase your population every time you collect from your neighborhoods; as long as not all the residences in that neighborhood are at maximum population.
Can I store the Skyscraper Neighborhood in my warehouse? Can I delete the Skyscraper Neighborhood?	It is not storable in the warehouse. Upon deletion, the neighborhood goes into your inventory.
Will I need buildable materials to complete the Skyscraper Neighborhood?	Yes. You will need to collect hard hats to build your neighborhood.
Can I upgrade my Skyscraper Neighborhood? If so, what level can I upgrade this item to?	Yes, you can upgrade this item to reach new levels to hold more residences. You can upgrade to Level 3 to hold up to 15 skyscraper residences.
What parts will I need to upgrade the Skyscraper Neighborhood and how do I get them?	You will need to collect varying amounts of hard hats to upgrade each block of the neighborhood. You can request these from your friends or you can purchase them with city cash.
If I put the Skyscraper Neighborhood in inventory when fully upgraded, does it stay upgraded when placing it back into the city?	Yes.

Building Yours

• Once you have reached Level 31, you will see the following quest icon and receive the quest to build the Skyscraper Neighborhood:
  
  
  
  
  
• Place the Skyscraper Neighborhood through through the associated quest in your City. Note: This building requires 6 clicks to build.
  
  
  
• To complete this building you will need to collect the following building materials. These can be collected by asking your friends or purchasing for City Cash.
  
  
  
• To fill your neighborhood with skyscrapers, you will need to click on your Skyscraper Neighborhood, then click the button "Fill". This will give a blue highlight the available buildings in your City. Once you find a building you want to store click on it and it will go inside your Neighborhood. Note: You will need to fill your neighborhood with staff to increase the number of spots you can hold. Staff spots can be filled through asking friends or purchasing for City Cash
  
  
  
• Once each position is filled you will unlock the ability to level up your Skyscraper Neighborhood.
  
• To upgrade your neighborhood you will need to collect the following buildable parts. These are available through asking your friends or purchasing for City Cash.
