FarmVille

• What is the Serve Money Tree and where can I find it in FarmVille?
• The Serve Money Tree is the beautiful, exotic jungle tree that you can place in your Farm by going to the Marketplace and typing “Serve Money Tree” into the search toolbar.
  
  The tree will be available to all U.S. FarmVille players through April 15, 2013.
  
  

• What do I get once I place the Serve Money Tree?
• Once you place the tree in your Farm, you can harvest 1 Farm Cash every 48 hours to earn up to 7 Farm Cash for a period of 15 days after your tree is placed. You can also earn additional Farm Cash rewards for signing up for a Serve® Account, adding money to your Account for the first time, activating your Zynga Serve Rewards Card, and using it for qualifying purchases virtually anywhere American Express® Cards are accepted worldwide, up to 10 times.
  
  

• How much Farm Cash can I earn with my Serve Money Tree?
• You can earn up to 943 Farm Cash with Zynga Serve Rewards in FarmVille through April 15, 2013 when you complete the below steps:
  
  1)    Sign up for Zynga Serve Rewards in FarmVille or convert your existing Serve Account –– 150 Farm Cash
  
  2)    Add money to your Zynga Serve Rewards Account for the 1st time –– 130 Farm Cash
  
  3)    Activate your Zynga Serve Rewards Prepaid Card –– 13 Farm Cash
  
  4)    Make purchases using your Zynga Serve Rewards Card –– 65 Farm Cash each, up to 10 times
  
  
  Please note: you can only earn rewards in one game at this time.
  
  Farm Cash will automatically be credited to your game account when you complete each of these steps except the final step (purchasing on your Card). So after each of your first 10 qualifying purchases, make sure you harvest your Tree to get your 65 Farm Cash for that purchase!
  
  In most cases, you will receive the Farm Cash instantly. However, please allow up to 6 days for the Farm Cash to appear in your game account once you sign up for a Zynga Serve Rewards Account, up to 14 days after you activate your Card or add money to your Account for the first time, and up to 30 days for each qualifying purchase. Although it may take up to 30 days to receive Farm Cash after a purchase, in the meantime you can complete additional purchases to earn your remaining Farm Cash!
  
  

• I signed up for Zynga Serve Rewards in FarmVille. Can I earn rewards in the other Zynga games I play?
• For now, it is not possible to switch the game that you earn in. Your rewards are sent to the game in which you signed up for Zynga Serve Rewards. For instance, if you signed up for Zynga Serve Rewards in FarmVille, you will only earn in FarmVille. But hang in there! We are working to give you the option of switching the game you earn in.
  
  

• I signed up and only received 63 Farm Cash, but now you’re offering 150 Farm Cash. How do I get more?
• If you signed up before June 21, 2012 and received 63 Farm Cash, you should have received 87 additional Farm Cash in your game account. If you have not received your additional 87 Farm Cash, you can call Serve Customer Service at 1-800-954-0559, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  
  This brings you to a total of 150 Farm Cash – just a little thank you from us for being a great Zynga Serve Rewards member!
  
  

• What are the four different Money Trees I see when I harvest my Serve Money Tree?
• You will earn Farm Cash and get a new, more colorful tree with each step you complete with Serve through April 15, 2013.
  
  •  Blue Tree: Place the Serve Money Tree and earn up to 7 Farm Cash when you harvest it.
  
  •  Green Tree: Get 150 Farm Cash when you sign up or convert your Serve Account to Zynga Serve Rewards and watch your sparkling tree change to green.
  
  •  Purple Tree: Activate your new Card and you can get 13 Farm Cash and watch your tree transform to a beautiful purple.
  
  •  Gold Tree: Earn 65 Farm Cash on each of your first 10 purchases using your Card online or offline and watch your tree glow in gold.
  
  

• Why should I sign up for Zynga Serve Rewards?

• I signed up for Zynga Serve Rewards in FarmVille. Can I earn additional rewards by also signing up for Zynga Serve Rewards in other Zynga games including CastleVille or CityVille?
• For now, you can only earn Zynga Serve Rewards in a single game. But stay tuned, because we are working to make it possible for you to switch the game you earn in.
  
  

• How do I qualify for a Zynga Serve Rewards Card in FarmVille?
• To get a Zynga Serve Rewards Card, you need to be a FarmVille player so you can earn Farm Cash. You also must meet certain Serve Account requirements. Accounts are available to U.S. residents over 18 years old (19 and over in Alabama and Nebraska) who successfully complete our sign up process and security check.
  
  The Zynga Serve Rewards Card is an extension of the Serve Reloadable Prepaid Account. Serve has no credit checks, no monthly or annual fees, and no long-term commitments.
  
  

• How do I get 150 Farm Cash when I sign up for Zynga Serve Rewards in FarmVille?
• You can sign up for Zynga Serve Rewards through the in-game offer found in FarmVille. Either click on the “Learn More” button in the “What’s This?” dialogue box or the “Earn More Farm Cash” button in the “Tree Progression” dialogue. You can find either dialogue box when you interact with the Serve Money Tree on your Farm. 
  
  Once you click on either button, you will be taken to a web page that will give you more information about the Zynga Serve Rewards program. Click "Sign Up," complete the two-step registration process, and verify your email address. The next time you visit your Farm, your game account should increase by 150 Farm Cash! However, it can take up to 6 days to appear in your game account.
  
  

• How do I get Farm Cash for signing up for a Zynga Serve Rewards Account? Can I just sign up through serve.com?
• To get Farm Cash, you must sign up for Zynga Serve Rewards from your game. Go to your FarmVille game in Facebook, click on the Marketplace and type in “Serve Money Tree” in the search toolbar. Place the Serve Money Tree and look for the option to sign up or convert your Serve Account. Then follow the prompts. If you try to paste the URL into the browser or sign up from serve.com, you are signing up for a Serve Account and will not be eligible to earn Farm Cash.
  
  

• Why am I prompted to convert my Serve Account after I place the Serve Money Tree?
• You are likely getting this message because you are already an existing Serve Account holder. If you decide to convert your Serve Account to the Zynga Serve Rewards program, make sure you follow the steps to convert when you get to the webpage to sign up. Before you proceed, make sure you verify your email address if you haven’t already done so. And, you must remember your Serve password to convert, otherwise you will have to reset it and start over.
  
  

• I’m already signed up for a Serve Account. Why am I being asked to convert my Account? Will I get a new Card?
• A standard Serve Account holder cannot earn Farm Cash for using Serve. To do so, you can convert your existing Serve Account in a few simple steps. You will even earn Farm Cash for converting and get to choose a new Zynga Serve Rewards Card.
  
  

• How do I convert my Serve Account to Zynga Serve Rewards?
• Go to your FarmVille game in Facebook, click on the Marketplace and type in “Serve Money Tree” in the search toolbar. Click on the tree to “Learn More.” Either click on the “Learn More” button in the “What’s This?” dialogue box or the “Earn More Farm Cash” button in the “Tree Progression” dialogue. You can find either dialogue box when you interact with the Serve Money Tree on your Farm. 
  
  Once you click on either button, you will be taken to a web page that will give you more information about the Zynga Serve Rewards program. Click on "Convert" and simply log in and select a new Card. The next time you visit your Farm, your game account should increase by 150 Farm Cash! However, it can take up to 6 days to appear in your game account.
  
  

• I was trying to convert my Serve Account, but I got locked out because I forgot my password. What do I do?
• There are two ways to reset your password.
  
  1)  Click on the “Reset my Password” link and you’ll be sent an email on how to reset your password.
  
  2)  Call Customer Service at 1-800-954-0559, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  
  

• I signed up for a Zynga Serve Rewards Card, but I haven't received my email verification code. What do I do?
• The email verification code should arrive in your email inbox within 30 minutes of registration. If it has not arrived, the first step is to check your spam folder or junk mail. If you still have not received the verification, you can log into your Serve Account and request a new email verification code by clicking on “Request a New Code” on your Serve Account dashboard. Still having trouble? Call Serve Customer Service at 1-800-954-0559.

• I signed up and I don’t see my Farm Cash. Why?
• You must verify your email address to earn Farm Cash. We sent you a verification email after you registered. Just click on the link in that email. If you need a new verification email you can request one from your Account online. Sign in and look on your dashboard for the option to resend a verification email. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 6 days to get your Farm Cash after you sign up/convert your Account. It can take up to 14 days to get your Farm Cash after you activate your Card.

• I signed up for Zynga Serve Rewards in FarmVille and want to earn 13 Farm Cash when I activate my Card. When will I get my new Card in the mail so I can activate it?
• You should be receiving your Zynga Serve Rewards Card within 7-10 business days after you register. Although we’ll try our very best to get it to you sooner!
  
  

• How do I activate my Zynga Serve Rewards Card in FarmVille and earn 13 Farm Cash?
• Have your Card in hand and visit serve.com/activate or call 1-800-597-0184. Follow the prompts to activate your Card and the next time you visit your Farm, your game account should increase by 13 Farm Cash! Farm Cash can take up to 14 days to appear in your game account.
  
  

• If I was an existing Serve Account holder who converted, can I use my Serve Card to earn Farm Cash before my new Card arrives?
• Yes. After you have converted, you can spend on your current Serve Card to earn Farm Cash for qualifying purchases until your new Card arrives. When you activate your new Card, it will replace your old one and qualifying purchases using your new, activated Card will be eligible to earn Farm Cash.
  
  

• If I was an existing Serve Account holder who converted, will my Card number change?
• Your card number will remain the same; however, for security, the expiration date and security code on your Card will be updated.
  
  

• If I was an existing Serve Account holder who converted, do I need to cancel my current Serve Card before I activate my new Card?
• No. Once your new Card arrives and you activate it, your old Serve Card will automatically be canceled and you will no longer be able to use it.
  
  

• Can I earn up to 943 Farm Cash if I have completed the required steps using my existing Serve Account?
• No, you may only earn up to 943 Farm Cash by converting your Account to Zynga Serve Rewards in FarmVille and completing the steps again.
  
  

• Can I earn additional Farm Cash by signing up for the Zynga Serve Rewards program again?
• No, but if you signed up before June 21, 2012 and received 63 Farm Cash, you should have received 87 additional Farm Cash. If you have not received your additional 87 Farm Cash, you can call Serve Customer Service at 1-800-954-0559, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

• How do I add money to my new Account and earn 130 Farm Cash?
• You are eligible to earn 130 Farm Cash when you add money to your Zynga Serve Rewards Account for the first time. You can add money to your Zynga Serve Rewards Account using a bank account, debit card, credit card, or cash with a MoneyPak®. (Cash advance fees may apply for credit card loads; please check with your credit card issuer for details. MoneyPak purchase fees of up to $4.95 may apply.)
  
  Go to serve.com to sign into your Serve Account and click on the Add Money tab. Serve does not currently charge fees for adding money; please see theSchedule of Fees in the Serve Consumer User Agreement for details.
  
  If you add funds from your bank account, please allow up to 7 days for the funds to transfer to your Serve Account.
  
  After the funds transfer is complete, you will earn 130 Farm Cash! It can take up to 14 days for the Farm Cash to appear in your game account.
  
  

• I received my Zynga Serve Rewards Card in the mail and activated it. What’s the next step?
• If you haven’t already, add money to your Serve Account using a bank account, debit card, credit card, or cash with a MoneyPak® (cash advance fees may apply for credit card loads; please check with your credit card issuer for details. MoneyPak purchase fees of up to $4.95 may apply). Then, take it out shopping and use it virtually anywhere American Express® Cards are accepted worldwide. Earn 65 Farm Cash on each of your first 10 purchases using your Card online or offline through April 15, 2013 –– that’s up to 250 Farm Cash! 
  
  The next time you visit your Farm after a qualifying purchase, your tree should be ready to harvest for 65 Farm Cash! It can take up to 14 days after your qualifying purchase to appear in your game account.
  
  

• Can I make a purchase with my Zynga Serve Rewards Card if I don't have enough available funds in my Account to complete my purchase?
• If you have a credit card or debit card linked to your Serve Account, the card you have set as your backup funding source will be used for the remaining balance of your purchase. If you do not have a backup funding source, you will have to add money to your Serve Account before you can make your purchase. Please note that cash advance fees may apply for credit card loads; please check with your credit card issuer for details.  
  
  

• How do I know when my Serve Money Tree is ready to be harvested?
• The Serve Money Tree will glow and shimmer in your Farm when Farm Cash is available to harvest.
  
  If you’re unsure, just click on the tree and it will tell you if it’s ready to harvest.
  
  

• Does the Farm Cash expire? Can I lose the opportunity to earn Farm Cash if I don’t harvest my tree in time?
• Once you place the tree, you will have the opportunity to harvest 1 Farm Cash every 48 hours for 15 days, for a total of up to 7 Farm Cash. However, you will not lose the opportunity to earn:
  
  •  150 Farm Cash when you sign up for or convert your existing Serve Account to Zynga Serve Rewards. Note that it can take up to 6 days after you sign up for Farm Cash to appear in your game account.
  
  •  13 Farm Cash when you activate your Card. Note that it can take up to 14 days after Card activation for Farm Cash to appear in your game account.
  
  •  130 Farm Cash when you add money to your Serve Account for the first time. Note that it can take up to 14 days after adding funds for Farm Cash to appear in your game account.
  
  •  65 Farm Cash on each of your first 10 purchases using your Card online or offline. Note that it can take up to 30 days after each qualifying purchase for Farm Cash to appear in your game account.
  
  

• How long do I have to complete the Serve Money Tree activities to earn Farm Cash?
• To earn up to 943 Farm Cash, you must sign up or convert your Account, add money, activate your new Prepaid Card, and use your Card online or offline (up to 10 times) by April 15, 2013. So don’t hesitate –– get started!
  
  

• I am a subaccount holder. Can I earn Farm Cash?
• Unfortunately at this time, as a subaccount holder, you are not eligible to earn Farm Cash for activating your Card, adding money to your Account, or making qualifying purchase using your Card. Stay updated on future opportunities by visiting serve.com/zynga.
  
  

• I am the main Serve Account holder and have 1 – 3 subaccounts. Can I earn Farm Cash through my subaccounts?
• Unfortunately activities completed by subaccount holder(s) — Card activation, add money transactions, or purchase transactions — will not earn you Farm Cash.
  
  

• What else can I do with my Zynga Serve Rewards Account?
• The Zynga Serve Rewards card is an extension of the Serve Reloadable Prepaid Account. Serve has no credit checks, no monthly or annual fees, and no long-term commitments. With Serve you can send and receive money by email, text, and Facebook and access your Account with the mobile app.
  
  

• Are there fees to use a Zynga Serve Rewards Card?
• Currently, you will not be charged fees for using the Zynga Serve Rewards Card or linking a bank account, credit card, or debit card. Serve also does not charge a fee for your first ATM withdrawal each month; after that it is $2 per withdrawal. Please note that your credit card company may charge you a cash advance fee for loading money from your credit card. Please check with your credit card issuer for details. ATM owners may also charge their own fees for ATM withdrawals.
  
  After March 15, 2013 there will be fees for adding money from a debit or credit card. You can see the fees in Section 10 of the Serve Consumer User Agreement: Schedule of Services and Charges.
  
  

• What can I do with the Zynga Serve Rewards Card in FarmVille?
• I don’t live in the U.S.; can I still get the Serve Money Tree for my Farm or sign up to earn FarmVille rewards?
• We’re sorry, but the Serve Money Tree and the Zynga Serve Rewards Card are only available to U.S. players at this time.

  Q. “The tree was on my Farm and now it’s gone.  How do I find The Money Tree?”

1. Click on the “MARKET” icon (bottom right corner of the FarmVille game)
 

 

2. Type in “Money Tree” into the Search box. 

3. The Money Tree will show up for purchase (FREE). They should click on “BUY”.

4. The planting of the tree process should begin.
