Here is a list of common issues players are encountering in RewardVille, along with some suggestions for working around the issues until we have them fixed. We update this page often so check back for updates and possible solutions.
*UPDATED 04/18/2011* Accepted Mystery Gift but didn't receive the zPoints or zCoins: Please note that players can redeem a total of 20 Mystery Gifts per day. Additionally, you may only open five gifts from one friend per day (or you will see a message that the gift has already been redeemed). UPDATE: Our developers believe they are closing in on a fix for those players that consistently miss out on zPoints/zCoins from Mystery Gifts. This fix should be implemented soon.

*UPDATED 04/14/2011* Can not sign in to RewardVille with Facebook Connect: Players have reported being unable to log in to RewardVille via Facebook Connect. Our developers were able to indentify several problems with the sign in, and have implemented several fixes that seem to have fixed most of the problems. UPDATE: For those of you continuing to experience a constant reload/refresh of the page when attempting to sign in through Facebook Connect, be sure to include as many details as possible when sending information to us.
Can not find where to accept RewardVille requests: Mystery Gifts and other requests sent from RewardVille must be accepted on your Facebook requests page.
*UPDATED 04/21/2011* Not receiving credit when playing games on Bingo gameboard: Some players are not getting a red 'tick' on their Bingo gameboard when playing the games. We've forwarded this information to our developers, and they're currently looking into the issue. We sincerely appreciate and encourage everyones' input on this issue.
